The government today appointed a new Board of Directors of the Airport of Montenegro, and the only change is that Velizar Kaluđerović (Democratic Montenegro) was appointed instead of Jelena Maraš (close to the Democratic People's Party).
Stefan Madžgalj (Pekret Evropa sad) has once again found a place on the new Board of Directors, having previously submitted his resignation to the General Secretariat of the Government, stating that he did so for personal reasons.
Darko Bulatović was appointed instead of Lazar Bojanić.
Edina Dacić and Nikola Bajčetić from the previous convocation remained on the Board of Directors.
The decision was made at a telephone session of the Government.
According to the Law on Business Companies, when one member of the Board of Directors resigns, all members of this body must be re-elected.
