The Tourist Organization (TO) of Ulcinj participated in the International Tourism Fair in Tirana (TFA), where it presented its tourism product in anticipation of the summer tourist season.

Local tourism entities also presented themselves at the stand, promoting their accommodation capacities and services.

"Through the fair's B2B platform, representatives of these businesses had direct meetings with renowned international travel agencies, which opened up opportunities for new cooperation, contracting and placement on foreign markets," the TO statement reads.

The National Tourism Organization (NTO) also attended the fair, which, according to the Ulcinj Tourism Organization, further confirms the importance of institutional support and a coordinated appearance at international tourism events.

As part of the fair, a panel discussion "Interregional Cooperation and Tourism Development in the Pan-Albanian Space" was held, which was attended by the Director of the Ulcinj Tourist Board, Ćazim Hodžić, and the Mayor of the Municipality, Genci Nimanbegu.

"The discussion focused on strengthening interregional cooperation, creating joint tourist packages, coordinated promotion of destinations on the international market, as well as improving tourism infrastructure and cross-border cooperation," it is emphasized.

Around 150 exhibitors from the region and other countries participated in the fair.

"Thus, TFA 2026 confirmed its importance as an important platform for networking and promoting the tourism industry," the statement said.

It is added that famous influencers from Albania also visited the Ulcinj stand.

"Their presence further contributed to the visibility of Ulcinj on social networks and in the media, promoting the city as an attractive tourist destination," the statement reads.
