Tivat Airport achieved 19,3 percent higher passenger traffic last month than it did in March 2025.
Namely, a total of 24.127 passengers passed through the terminal building of the Tivat Airport in March this year, significantly more than in the same month last year when Tivat Airport recorded a traffic of 20.226 passengers.
During the past month, a total of 359 aircraft takeoff and landing operations were recorded on the runway next to the Bay of Tivat, which is 1,4 percent more than in March 2025.
Since the beginning of the year, Tivat Airport has handled 55.140 passengers, 887 operations and 1,9 tons of cargo. The number of passengers served in the first quarter of this year is three percent higher than last year, while the number of air operations is 4,9 percent lower than in the first three months of last year.
The summer IATA season at Tivat Airport began on March 28th, when the number of flights and destinations served by this airport, which currently serves an average of fifteen flights to Europe and the Middle East every day, increased significantly.
