There will be no new construction in Miločerski Park because the Government will repeal the planning document for the hotel resort and declare the area a protected cultural asset, announced Prime Minister Milojko Spajić.

In a post on the X network, he pointed out that Miločer Park is becoming a protected cultural asset.

"The Government of Montenegro will repeal the planning document Urban Planning Project - Hotel Resort Miločer, so there will be no new construction in Miločer Park," Spajić said.

He said that, together with representatives of the Administration for the Protection of Cultural Heritage and the Environmental Protection Agency, he informed the management of the Adriatic Properties company about this, "who expressed their agreement and supported such a vision of the development of Miločer and Sveti Stefan".
