A consortium consisting of the companies Briv Construction, Hering, Herc gradnja, Shandong and IPSA Institute Sarajevo, by decision of Monteput, were selected as the designer and contractor of the expressway along the Montenegrin coast - the Budva bypass, section Markovići - Lastva Grbaljska.
Prime Minister Milojko Spajić announced on his Facebook account that this is the first phase.
"The offered price for the preparation of project documentation and execution of works is 196,26 million euros, while the deadline for completion is 48 months from the date of the contractor's introduction into the work," Spajić wrote.
According to the tender, there is a possibility of appealing the selection of this contractor for another eight days.
Spajić explained that the construction of a highway connecting the main roads Podgorica-Budva and Budva-Tivat will significantly contribute to the displacement of transit traffic from the urban core of Budva, reducing traffic jams and improving the safety of all road users.
"The tender for this project was announced at the end of October last year, and lasted until the end of February," added Spajić.
