There are 2.990 guests staying in the Tivat area, which is at the same level as last year.
The majority are from abroad - 2.940, announced the Tivat Tourist Organization (TO), reports MINA.
The largest number of guests is recorded in private accommodation, where 2.420 tourists are registered, while 571 guests stay in hotels.
Hotels achieved a four percent increase in tourist traffic compared to last year, while private accommodation recorded a slight decline of three percent.
The largest number of guests come from Russia and Serbia, which together account for more than half of the total tourist traffic in this category. There is also a noticeable increase in interest from tourists from Western European countries, primarily Great Britain and Germany, while a significant number of guests also come from the region.
Other important markets include Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Croatia, Albania and the United States.
Data shows that individual accommodation remains particularly attractive for guests from the region, but also for tourists from more distant source markets.
