Participants who successfully completed training for the professional qualifications of motor vehicle mechanic, heating and cooling installer, and railway traffic shunter were awarded certificates at the "Ivan Uskoković" Secondary Vocational School, the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG) announced.
The trainings were implemented within the framework of accredited programs for shortage qualifications, which were launched by the Chamber, in cooperation with secondary vocational schools, with the aim of overcoming the shortage of personnel with vocational education.
The Director of the Education and Quality Sector at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Montenegro, Mladen Perazić, said that the training participants gained practical and theoretical knowledge that will help them perform their jobs professionally, responsibly and with quality.
He expressed special gratitude to the lecturers, mentors and all associates who contributed their knowledge and experience to the successful implementation of these programs and provided support to the training participants.
"These programs represent a significant contribution to the professional training of personnel who are much needed in today's labor market and economic development. Your decision to invest in knowledge, improvement, and acquisition of new skills demonstrates responsibility, ability, and willingness to build a secure professional future," said Perazić.
The director of the "Ivan Uskoković" Secondary Vocational School, Sonja Dabetić, congratulated the certificate recipients on completing their training and wished them success in their future work.
"We have an excellent cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce, which represents an important part of the synergy of social factors that want to improve the Montenegrin economy and strengthen it with human resources, especially in scarce professions that exist in all areas," said Dabetić.
The certificates were received by motor vehicle mechanics Milisav Kovačević, Radovan Milošević, Radomir Čepić, Jasmina Pićura, Zarije Maraš, Ilija Saripov and Bogoljub Baćović, followed by heating and cooling installers Nemanja Ćurić, Miloš Mitkić and Miodrag Trajković, as well as railway traffic shunters Filip Raičković, Andrija Bjelović and Marko Tmušić.
