The government today elected a new Board of Directors of Monteput, consisting of Milan Ljiljanić, Goran Vujović, Dajana Bratić, Goran Radulović and Nikola Božović. They were elected for a period of four years.
Monteput is a state-owned company that is one of the first to elect management based on the new Law on Business Companies, so the Board of Directors will have five members, two of whom are executive directors Ljiljanić and Vujović and three non-executive directors Bratić, Radulović and Božović.
Ljiljanić was previously the executive director of the company, and Vujović the director of the Business Unit for Project Management of the Bar - Boljare Highway Construction Project in "Monteput".
Bratić was on the old Board of Directors together with Petar Vujošević and Aleksandar Dožić, who were dismissed, while Radulović and Božović are new members.
