Milan Ljiljanić was appointed General Manager of Monteput, while Goran Radulović was elected President of the Board of Directors of that state-owned company.
The Monteputa press release states that the Board of Directors held a constitutive session today, officially beginning the four-year mandate of the company's new management.
"The members of the new Board of Directors are Milan Ljiljanić, Goran Vujović, Dajana Bratić, Goran Radulović and Nikola Božović. At the constituent meeting, Milan Ljiljanić was appointed General Manager of Monteput, while Goran Radulović was elected President of the Board of Directors," the statement reads.
Monteput said that they are among the first state-owned companies to elect management based on the new Law on Business Companies, according to which the Board of Directors will have five members, two of whom will be executive directors and three non-executive directors.
