The tender for the development of the main design and for the execution of works on the boulevard towards Velje Brdo will be announced today, and next week the tender for the main design and execution of works on the first facilities will be announced.
This was stated by the Minister of Spatial Planning, Slaven Radunović (New Serbian Democracy), in parliament, responding to a parliamentary question from the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) MP Aleksandra Vuković Kuč on when the first move-ins will take place in the buildings on Velje Brdo.
He explained that the tender will last 30 days, and that the selected contractor will have 90 days to develop the main project and apply to the ministry for a building permit.
"Work on the buildings will begin in December and then a competition will be announced for users to determine who will receive the apartments," said Radunović.
He told MP Vuković Kuč that he would not deal with interpretations of Prime Minister Milojko Spajić's statements regarding immigration, and that no one had heard from him as a minister that there would be immigration in 2026.
"I don't think I can interpret what the prime minister meant. I was aware of the entire process we had to go through to legally establish this project," Radunović pointed out, adding that the problem for DPS, as well as some media outlets that criticize the project, is that it will be implemented.
