The Foreign Investors Council in Montenegro (MFIC) organized the second MFIC regatta on Thursday, which brought together representatives of member companies, the diplomatic corps, institutions and business association partners.
Opening the event, the President of the Council's Board of Directors, Branko Mitrović, thanked the member companies and sponsors for their support.
He pointed out that the MFIC regatta represents an opportunity for additional networking of the community that the Council brings together and cooperates with to improve the business environment and strengthen the investment reputation of Montenegro.
The winner of this year's regatta was the Altair team, which achieved the best result on the regatta field in the Bay of Kotor.
The regatta was organized with the support of JK Lahor, the oldest and most trophy-winning Montenegrin sailing club.
The Foreign Investors Council in Montenegro brings together exclusively international companies, which together generate around 21 percent of the country's gross domestic product (GDP) and employ almost six thousand people.
