The Municipality of Mojkovac has issued a public call for the lease of construction land in the "Babića Polje" Business Zone. The public call offered two urban plots for lease for a period of ten years, with the possibility of extension for another ten years. Financial incentives are also provided for investors who invest in production and employment.
The most significant benefit relates to the reduction of the fee for the communal equipment of construction land. Investors who employ more than 10 workers are entitled to a 95 percent reduction of this fee. For projects that provide six to ten new jobs, an 85 percent reduction is foreseen, while investors who employ three to five workers will pay a 70 percent lower fee.
An additional incentive is provided for companies engaged in the production, processing, packaging or processing of agricultural products produced in Montenegro. Such investors will be exempt from paying real estate taxes during the lease term, in accordance with legal regulations.
Special emphasis is placed on projects that have long-term development potential and contribute to strengthening the local economy.
