TO Budva: Over 44 thousand guests are vacationing on the Riviera

There are currently 44.534 registered guests staying on the Budva Riviera, the Budva Tourist Organization (TO) announced.

As they point out, of the total number of guests, 44.143 are foreign, while 391 are domestic tourists.

"The largest number of tourists, 24.888 of them, are staying in private accommodation, which has recorded a six percent increase compared to last year. 18.525 guests are staying in hotels, while hostels have achieved a 17 percent increase with 272 guests, and campsites have achieved a four percent increase with 455 guests," the Budva Tourist Office said in a statement.

According to them, Budva confirms its status as an internationally recognized destination this summer.

"In collective accommodation, the most numerous guests are from Serbia, the Russian Federation, Israel, Great Britain, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Ukraine, Turkey and Lithuania, while in private accommodation, visitors from Serbia, the Russian Federation, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Turkey, Great Britain, North Macedonia and Romania dominate. Camps are mostly chosen by tourists from Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, France and Serbia," stated the Budva Tourist Office.

The Tourist Office of Budva points out that the current results confirm that Budva, even at the peak of the summer tourist season, maintains stable growth in tourist traffic and remains the leading tourist destination in Montenegro.
