Railway transport workers (ŽPCG) will organize a warning strike today from 9 am to 10 am, during which passenger and rail traffic in Montenegro will be suspended.
The Unified Union of Workers of ŽPCG is demanding a temporary increase in wages of 200 euros and the signing of a new Collective Agreement as soon as possible.
The Union states that they have not yet received a response from the authorities to their requests, sent after the protest on August 3rd.
They point out that the average salary of employees is around 850 euros, while the consumer basket exceeds 2.100 euros.
