On the list of blocked companies of the Central Bank of Montenegro, there are two registered in the luxury resort of Porto Montenegro in Tivat, whose names are "PM 1.25" and "PM 1.24".
The first founder of the company "PM 1.25" was Adriatic Marinas, and then in December last year, the Bosnian businessman and politician Fahrudin Radončić, who until three years ago was the Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, became the owner and director.
Since February of this year, the owner and director of the company is his son Irhad Radončić. The company is registered for real estate rental.
Bosnian media linked Irhad with the traffic accident in Sarajevo in April 2014 in which Hava Dovadžija died. The media stated that Fabrudin, who was a minister at the time, hid his son in Montenegro, and that his friend, who was criminally responsible, took the blame. The Radončićs denied involvement.
Fahrudin is now a member of the House of Peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the property record does not indicate a company or real estate in Porto Montenegro.
Radončić's yacht "Haya" is a frequent guest of Porto Montenegro, and he also hosted his friend Prime Minister Milo Đukanović on it.
The first founder of the second company "PM 1.24" was Adriatic Marinas, and now Vache Varoojan Mardirosian Hovsepian. The blocking of the accounts of both companies lasts for three days, and the debt is 15 euros.
