The company Zetagradnja, owned by businessman Blagota Radović and related persons, sold about 70 percent of the shares of Bull and Bear, the largest broker-dealer in Montenegro, for EUR 589 on the Montenegro Stock Exchange.
The shares were bought and ownership increased by the main broker in this house, Aleksandar Jovović, and the company Monte invest.
The average value of Bull and Bear's shares increased by as much as 410 percent through five transactions.
Zetagradnja controlled 40 percent of the shares in this broker-dealer house, which it acquired after the recapitalization carried out five years ago.
Previously, Jovović and several related persons took over the broker-dealer house that was owned by Danilo Petrović's Cijevna komerc.
The persons connected with Zetagradnja, who were hidden behind the custodianship of the account in Crnogorska kommerciolja banka, until yesterday, controlled about 30 percent of the shares in this broker-dealer house.
On the Montenegro Stock Exchange yesterday, the turnover was a total of 651 thousand euros, and all three indices weakened.
Shares of Plantaž lost 4,93 percent to 13,3 cents, Crnogorski Telekom 0,69 percent to 2,69 euros, Luke Bar 2,86 percent to 33 cents, while shares of Marina fell as much as 13,69 percent to 2,01 euros.
At the same time, the shares of Elektroprivreda strengthened by 3,23 percent to 3,2 euros and the shares of Port of Adria Bar by 2,07 percent to 13,32 cents.
