The Kotor opposition stated at a joint meeting that it won the local elections in that city, despite the abuses, "Vijesti" learns.
The opposition stated that the biggest election abuse happened so far on the day of the coup d'état.
At the meeting, it was determined that the pre-election promises that they will not form a government with the DPS will be respected to the end.
The opposition also agreed that there is a great deal of agreement between the parties, and that they are now waiting for the official results of the elections in Kotor, which will formally determine the new parliamentary majority in that city.
In the elections, the DPS won the most votes with 12 mandates, followed by the Democrats with 5 mandates (14,3%), the Democratic Front with 5 (13,5%), the SDP won 3 mandates (7,9%), as much as SNP (8,5%). Ivan Brajović's Social Democrats have 2 mandates (5,6%). URA (3,39%), LP (4,38%) and HGI (3,14%) entered the parliament with one member each, while Demos, the Party of Serbian Radicals and Positive Montenegro did not pass the census.
It is expected that the government will be formed by Democrats, DF, SDP, SNP and URA.
