The holder of the Ultima list is URA - Save Kotor, Ljiljana Popović Moškov said that it was a greater art to destroy such a state than to make it a country of prosperity for all its citizens.
"I say the same about Kotor. Our ancestors showed us how to protect this bay. If you have capable personnel in power, you have everything, everything can be created from nothing. What kind of government does Kotor have? It has a government that itself created mafia clans, of which now allegedly she wants to defend us, she has tycoons who owe the state huge sums for taxes, we have a government that does nothing to stop the obvious devastation of the Kotor coast, we have a government that allowed not a single city hotel to exist, we have a government that allowed us to lose city status, we have a government that treats our money irrationally. It's a shame that two kilometers from the city people don't have water, and instead of investing money in water supply, roads, new jobs, maintaining what we already have, they invest money in crazy projects " she said.
Popović Moškov pointed out that Kotor is a city that "has citizens who see, hear, who are not afraid, who are not ready to sell themselves and participate in their dirty dance".
"We are not few, and we will show them that on October 16," said Popović Moškov.
President of the URA Civic Movement Žarko Rakčević said that the URA is for a free Kotor and for a free Montenegro.
"Kotor needs new hotels with four and five stars. People from DPS don't know that, and Kotor is lagging behind, today it is known for insecurity, organized crime, devastated natural beauty. Ultima is URA to save your city and to save Crna together Goru. Our plans are not unrealistic, they are based on real economy, household policy," said Rakčević.
According to him, the URA is to return Kotor to the people of Kotor.
"Ultimately, the URA is that Kotor should be decided again by those who know what is best for Kotor, and those are the people of Kotor themselves. Rakčević told the people of Kotor that the DPS planned to plot an apartment for those who are eligible on their part of paradise, and that they should protect their resources and use them in the interest of all the citizens of Kotor.
"This government makes Kotor recognized in black chronicles. It's time for the silent majority of Kotor residents to stand on the line and say that Kotor is not a city of criminals but of honorable and honest people who will live safely in their city from their work," he concluded.
Vice President of the URA Civic Movement, Dritan Abazović, told the people of Kotor that no one can take their souls.
"Each of your stones has its own history. We have to put an end to this arrogance, we have to gather, to unite, not to see people as enemies. One makes a mistake out of carelessness, twice out of naivety, three times because someone is a fool, seven or eight times because they wanted to steal everything from all the citizens of Montenegro. After the elections, the URA will not go with the DPS either at the local or state level. These people have more obligations, these are the first elections in which the URA is participating independently, this will be our driving force," he said.
