The Democratic Front of Bar today publicly supported the demands of the former workers of the Bar Construction Institute (ZIB) and announced that activists and councilors of the DF in SO Bar next Monday "will be at a meeting with the defrauded workers of the ZIB and thus practically demonstrate support for their demands". The DF promised that after October 16, "when we take over the power for sure", they will review the complete predatory privatization of all companies in Montenegro, "and thus ZIB and all those responsible will be brought to justice".
"The former workers of the former ZIB have announced a protest in front of the Bar Municipality building for Monday, October 2,9, due to the unbearably bad existential situation in which they found themselves thanks to the thieving and criminal policy that was conducted under the auspices of the Democratic Party of Socialists in that once exemplary and profitable company, which has meanwhile been mostly privatized or looted. We remind you that the bankruptcy administration owed the former workers 20 million euros in unpaid taxes and contributions, which prevents a significant part of them from exercising their right to a pension, while XNUMX workers were prevented from exercising their right to a pension basis of the Law on Bankruptcy, because that law does not apply to them in practice thanks to the corrupt and captive party institutions of the system," DF announced today.
The DF called on the "discriminated and robbed" former ZIB workers who still have membership cards of the DPS "that put them in such a position" to "publicly and collectively destroy them or return them to the headquarters" at a meeting in front of the Municipality of Bar on Monday The municipal committee of Milo Đukanović's party, which is synonymous with robbery and a kind of massacre of the Montenegrin economy".
"At the same time, ZIB workers should call DPS and its local leaders and leaders from the headquarters level to criminal and any other responsibility," concluded the Bar DF.
