The main board of the Bosniak Party (BS) unanimously decided to run independently in the October 2016 parliamentary elections, the party announced.

"Also, the Main Committee decided that the following members of the Central Election Staff should be included: Rafet Husović, president, as well as Kemal Purišić, Munib Ličina, Osman Nurković, Nedžad Drešević, Suljo Mustafić, Almer Kalač, Asmir Pepić, Mersudin Gredić, Kenana Strujić, Ejup Nurković, Husein Kurtagić, Amer Nokić, Enesa Rastoder, Adnan Muhović, Abidin Musić, Rešad Sijarić, Orhan Šahmanović, Selja Bektešević, Haris Ramović, Muamer Raščić, Admir Adrović and Sead Šahman. Earlier, the presidency made a decision on the formation of teams for the election campaign, namely: a team for the development of the election program/platform coordinated by Damir Gutić, a logistics team led by Osman Nurković, a media team led by Suljo Mustafić, and a marketing team led by to be coordinated by Admir Adrović," the announcement states.
The announcement adds that the coordinators for the work of the municipal committees submitted a report to the members of the Main Committee on the current situation.
