Deputies of the New Serbian Democracy and the Democratic People's Party unfurled a banner in the assembly: "The people of Montenegro did not recognize you, Kosovo is the heart of Serbia."
They did this before the arrival of the Speaker of the Assembly of Albania, Iljir Meta.
"Today, the most shameful act of recognition of Kosovo gets its final act as Prime Minister Đukanović receives the medal from the Albanian Prime Minister, DF deputy Slaven Radunović said.
He stated that the president of the Parliament of Albania is welcome, but "history will never forget Milo Đukanović's act of betrayal."
"The people of Montenegro will never recognize Kosovo in their hearts and we hope that someday geopolitical circumstances will allow our flag to return to Kosovo".
Radunović said that as soon as they win power, they will cancel the recognition of Kosovo.
The President of the Assembly of Albania, Iljir Meta, presented the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović, with the highest decoration of the Republic of Albania - the Order of the National Flag.
