The elections in Tivat can be in October or April 17, nothing in between is an option, said the President of the Parliament of Montenegro Ranko Krivokapić.
"Some political entities will leave it up to their bodies to decide not to sign the Agreement because of Tivat," said Krivokapić today.
However, he did not want to name the parties that could decide to take that step.
When asked if he would sign the Agreement in the event that there is no agreement on Tivat, because his party submitted the electoral list, Krivokapić repeated that it was the decision of the municipal election.
"They want to fight in those elections, even though they are truncated and undemocratic," Krivokapić said.
Regarding the deadline for signing the Agreement, Krivokapić said that "we are still on February 19."
"The agreement is the same, more or less, with some details. To say what the next date is, when so much time has already passed, is not serious," he added.
Krivokapić noted that Demos leader Miodrag Lekić said that April 9 is the deadline for a serious agreement.
"What is important is that the document is ready. Whether he will be activated or not, we heard from Lekić again, that activation depends on whether there will be resignations in the public sector," he said.
He emphasized that this is not one of the disputed points of the Agreement, but a prerequisite for its signing.
Krivokapić announced that in the coming days, before the signing of the Agreement, he will meet with the Supreme State and Special Prosecutor Ivica Stanković and Milivoj Katnić to discuss taking over the jurisdiction of acts of violation of the right to vote, which are the jurisdiction of the basic prosecutor's office.
He noted that the special prosecutor in Macedonia exclusively deals with this issue.
Krivokapić expressed his readiness to omit it from the text of the Agreement if the right arguments are encountered.
"That will be in the Agreement, but it is not necessary, if we get an argument, that it should wait," he added.
When asked to comment on the alleged decision of the DPS not to ask its leader Milo Đukanović a question during the prime minister's hour, Krivokapić said that they apparently joined the boycott of the Democratic Front.
"I see that they have joined the Democratic Front not to ask the Prime Minister a question."
According to Krivokapić, it is a harmful decision, but less harmful than boycotting the legislative role of the Assembly, by withdrawing government laws from the agenda.
"We have destruction by the DPS on two levels: I am less concerned about this according to the Prime Minister, I am more concerned about the destruction of the legislative activity of the Assembly and the obstruction of the consideration of laws and very important reports. You know, the report on Luštica, the Government did not fulfill the obligation to submit it to the Parliament for three years. I understood that it was because of Tivat, the elections are in Tivat. That there are no billions out of that billion," Krivokapić said
