To the position of director in the city elementary school "25. maj" in Rožajje, Avdo Nurković was recently appointed, and Rifat Balić was appointed head of the "Bećo Bašič" Grammar School in Plav. Both are cadres of the Bosniak Party (BS).
With these appointments, the obligations from the annex to the contract signed by DPS political director Tarzan Milošević and BS vice-president Osman Nurković on November 28 last year continued.
That document states that DPS is obliged to provide the smaller coalition partner with nine director positions and six assistant positions in schools. The annex states that the positions for three directors and one assistant have already been released.
The Ministry of Education announced that directors of educational institutions are selected based on a publicly announced competition.
"So that a person who fulfills the requirements prescribed by law and who will perform that function in the best way, regardless of her political affiliation, is chosen as the director," reads the reply of the PR service of the Ministry of Education.
Tarzan Milošević previously told "Vijesta" that "if they were to strictly look at the criteria, it would be possible to get into a position where there is not a single Bosniak in any position". He has been dealing with the annex to the contract for months
The Basic Prosecutor's Office from Podgorica, to which the criminal complaint against Milošević and Nurković was filed by DF MP Branka Bošnjak, and after "Vijesti" published details from the document that the coalition partners secretly signed.
"According to the report submitted to the VDT from the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, the case formed on the basis of the criminal report filed by the Bosniak MP is in the investigation phase. In the current course of the procedure, data has been collected from the Human Resources Administration, the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro, the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, the Center for Social Work, the Employment Agency of Montenegro, AD Aerodromi Montenegro, the Ministry of Health, DPS and BS, while the Ministry of Education will further did not submit the data", reads the VDT's reply.

The post of director of the Health Center in Plav is appointed by BS staff, so Omer Šahmanović was appointed to that position.
