Deputy of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Miodrag Vuković said that it is unacceptable for members of any political structure to disrespect the national anthem and other state symbols.
Some delegates at the Congress of the Bosniak Party (BS) did not stand up during the singing of the national anthem, while the Montenegrin flag was removed from the municipality of Rožaja, where that party is in power, during Eid, and the Bosniak national flag was left.
"Ignoring legal provisions is inadmissible and must definitely be sanctioned in a manner accepted by law, because it is part of respect for the state, respect for all of us," Vuković told Portal Analitika.
He said that the process of adaptation to state symbols is taking too long in Montenegro.
