The right to work must not be replaced by the obligation of humiliation. The state must stimulate the ability to work, not the ability of man to suffer, according to the vice president of the Democrats, Momo Koprivica.
"Unemployment is in the interest of DPS. It is their rational strategy and political interest for several reasons. First, allowing high unemployment causes wages to fall as workers, lacking alternative options, agree to work for little money. In this way, labor costs are reduced for privileged groups of businessmen who are under the patronage of DPS. Second, unemployment has been turned into an instrument of discrimination in a divided society. Supporters of the government get employment, at the expense of all citizens, and the government, using the plight of citizens and poverty, exhausts other social groups, asking them for bribes and obedience in exchange for survival.
Third, tolerating unemployment leads to an increase in the demand for work in the public sector where the government can easily extort bribes and induce submission. Fourth, DPS reckons that unemployment and poverty will cheapen people and make it easier to sell political patronage in exchange for votes. Fifth, the higher the unemployment, the greater the insecurity of the workplace and thus the greater the scope for charging bribes from workers in order to keep their jobs. Sixth, tolerating unemployment growth weakens the power of trade unions and other segments of civil society that could otherwise exert pressure on the government.
Seventh, unemployment in conditions of unregulated competition on the labor market leads to discord among citizens. If there are no clear rules, citizens are told not to choose funds in order not to get any kind of employment. The labor market is becoming a battlefield, and discord is in the interest of the ruling elite in order to destroy the consent of citizens as an important factor in exerting strong social pressure on the government. Eighth, high unemployment and its growth hit the hardest on young people who have yet to find employment, which gives DPS a chance to subjugate young people "in time" and introduce them to a world without ideals.
Ninth, unemployment is expected to further strengthen the loyalty of civil servants because alternative employment in the private sector is rarer and weaker. Therefore, the legally and politically irresponsible prime minister arrogantly demands responsibility for the effects. In other words, to be "bad servants of a bad master", which we hope will not happen because we believe in the victory of the human aspiration for freedom. Let's add the following, no less dangerous reason: unemployment can be an excuse for reducing the state sector, through which those who are there because of necessity, not the fairness of the system, as well as because of the "mistakes" of earlier selectors, would lose their jobs. He states that the conclusion that the departure of the DPS into the opposition is the highest political and economic interest of the citizens.
"The change of the current government in the upcoming elections is a defense against the decline of the state and the loss of human dignity. This will be followed by a change in legal regulations in order to ensure efficient personnel selection in the state administration and its depoliticization, fairly regulated procedures for hiring employees in public competitions, responsible and efficient labor inspection, etc. Changes are more and more certain, and it is in the interest of the citizen to contribute to them by using one of the few rights he has left - the right to vote. Justice implies an objective, impartial and predictable way in which people get employment. Without the right to work and the dignity of work, there is no difference between man and the rest of living and non-living nature. Only justice is the basis of peace and order in the social community," it states.
It is added that the state government must have the obligation to ensure economic growth and dignified work, and not the right to humiliate people.
