The ruling coalition has shown that it is not interested in Bosniaks by not supporting the initiative for the Committee for International Relations and Emigrants to convene a control hearing regarding the mass emigration of members of that nation from the north, said Democratic Front (DF) deputy Koča Pavlović.
According to him, the Board, by a majority vote, rejected the initiative of the Movement for Change (PzP) and the DF, which would try to resolve the status of those who are already in Germany with their families, in centers for asylum seekers.
As he stated, the board also rejected the initiative of PzP and DF on urgent measures that should be taken in order to remedy the situation in the municipalities of Rožaje and Bijelo Polje and to create conditions that would stop further evictions.
"The coalition of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), the Social Democratic Party (SDP) and the Bosniak Party (BS) today once again rejected my initiative that the Committee for International Relations and Emigrants convene a control hearing to consider the problem of the mass exodus of Bosniaks from the north of Montenegro." , said Pavlović.
He stated that the refusal of the parliamentary majority to deal with mass emigration, which is currently the biggest problem facing Montenegro, is a confirmation of what he claimed earlier.
"The ruling coalition is not interested in Bosniaks, their destinies and their problems. The ruling coalition is only interested in Bosniak votes, and they will try to use their criminal methods to continue to credit those votes to their coalition account," said Pavlović.
According to him, today's "inhumane" treatment of the problem of emigration is a Ramadan greeting sent by the DPS, SDP and BS to the refugee citizens of the north of Montenegro.
"The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Igor Lukšić, proudly rejected any idea of talks with the competent authorities of Germany, and told the thousands of refugees from Rožaj and Bjelopolja that he expects Germany to deport them soon and that he has no intention of trying anything to prevent that." Pavlović stated.
Lukšić, as stated by Pavlović, explained that any possible request of MVPEI to Germany, in which they would be asked to temporarily keep our fellow refugees, would be a confirmation of what these "unfortunate people state as the reasons for their escape from Montenegro".
"Simply put - the people of Rožaj and Bjepoloj are fleeing to Germany because of the poverty and injustice they suffer in Montenegro, and Minister Lukšić declares (and informs the German authorities) that this is a lie, because, as he said, Montenegro is the leader in the region," he said. Pavlovic.
Congratulating the refugees in Germany on Ramadan, he said that he believes that they are currently in a better place.
"I also want to encourage them that this pernicious policy of the DPS, SDP and BS, which drove them away from their homes, will not last long in Montenegro," said Pavlović.
