During the ceremonial part of the Congress, delegates and guests were greeted by the President of the Bosniak Party and Deputy President of the Government of Montenegro, Rafet Husović.

"The years that are behind us testify that the Bosniak Party's program efforts were visionary, that we recognized the importance of social changes and always supported advanced processes, important both for the state of Montenegro and for improving the position of the Bosniak people and other minority national communities," said Husovic.

Among the guests of the Congress were representatives of the Bosniak Party in the Parliament of Montenegro Suljo Mustafić, Almer Kalač and Rešad Sijarić, member of the Presidency of the Bosniak Party and President of the Municipality of Rožaje Ejup Nurković, as well as Secretary General of the Bosniak Party Sabro Kalač.
