Former Bosniak Party (BS) MP Kemal Zoronjić is the new assistant director of the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions (ZIKS).
According to "Vijesti" information, Zoronjić assumed his position at ZIKS ten days ago after the formal procedure in the Personnel Administration was completed. Zoronjić is thus the second man in the hierarchy of ZIKS, whose director is Miljan Perović.
By appointing him as Perović's assistant, BS continued with the distribution of "armchairs" which was agreed upon in the annex to the coalition agreement signed on November 28 last year by DPS political director Tarzan Milošević and BS vice-president Osman Nurković. With that annex, BS was promised an assistant position in the Spuška prison.
Employment under the annex is being investigated by the Prosecutor's Office, to which, after "Vijesti" published the agreement, MP Branka Bošnjak filed a complaint against Nurković and Milošević.
"According to the report that was submitted to the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office from the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, which is competent in this case, the case formed based on the criminal report of MP Branka Bošnjak is in the investigation phase," the office of Supreme State Prosecutor Ivica Stanković replied to "News" .
In addition to the function of an assistant in the Institute, DPS and BS also agreed on the distribution of jobs at the state and local level, thereby making meaningless the right of citizens to participate in public competitions and get a job. Also, for years, the European Commission has been increasingly warning about the politicization of public administration.
The annex stipulates that BS personnel will receive several directorships in state institutions, as well as the position of assistant minister of labor and social welfare. The two parties agreed that the obligations from the annex should be implemented "within six months at the latest". The document states that the allocation of three principal and one assistant principal positions in secondary and primary schools has "already been implemented". At that time, it was promised that by this month, they would appoint six more directors and five assistants from the ranks of BS. Rafeto Husović's party, contrary to the laws, was promised by DPS a position in the Water Administration, and it was also agreed that "they will get two assistants - in ZIKS and the position of financial director of "Aerodrom". Milošević then told "Vijesta" that "if strictly if you looked at the criteria, you could end up in a position where there is not a single Bosniak in a position".
