The owner of the Atlas group, Duško Knežević, said that the house next to the "Gorica" villa is being built for the President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović, but that it is owned by his friend Vladan Ivanović.
He said that there is a lot of financial and transaction evidence for the claims he made in public, but that "the whole of Montenegro knows that it is Djukanovic's house, but he doesn't have the courage to say it".
"Đukanović offered me to lease the house in Gorica, when it was supposed to be built, but I refused and the house is leased to Vlad Ivanović - his friend. I'm sorry to drag Vlad into all this, but that is a reality and I think that the state authorities should immediately launch an investigation and see how that house was financed and who is behind that house formally. But that house, which was designed by the architect Zoran Petrović with his son, who confirmed the same to me, is Milo Đukanović's house... Let the Special State Prosecutor's Office investigate the architects, contractors and see what is happening there. I have evidence of a financial nature where traces of money from other deals can be seen, and that will very soon go public," Knežević said during inclusion in the show "Nacisto" on Television Vijesti.
When asked how the disagreement with Đukanović came about, Knežević said that he was his loyal friend, but that the first conflict arose over the house in Gorica.
"Because I told him that it's not normal for him to have a house of such size and value right next to Villa Gorica and that, when the government changes, it's not good for him to live there. When I refused, the first arguments arose, then I refused some others transactions where I was supposed to front them. I think the main problem arose when he brought in the Informer team led by Vladimir Beba Popović to make a campaign against me. Beba advised him to make Mišković's model because that way he can raise popularity among the people and that he can easily win the elections if he puts one of the leading tycoons in prison and declares him a thief," he said.
Knežević repeated that, at Đukanović's request, Montenegrin businessmen financed the election campaigns of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS). Knežević previously stated that with the consent of Đukanović, he gave 200 dollars to the then mayor of Podgorica, Slavoljub Stijepović, but that he asked him to convert them into euros. Later, a video was published showing Knežević giving Stijepović an envelope containing, as he claims, money for the election campaign.
"In order to function in that environment, you had to sponsor DPS and Milo Đukanović. It's not a secret, everyone knows that. You can ask all the businessmen, before every election, Milo gathers the businessmen and sets the rates for how much each should participate in the election campaign and what is their contribution," he said.
When asked if Đukanović ever personally asked him to help the party, Knežević said that they had a lot of personal transactions that were classified as party transactions. "I don't know where the money ended up and I gave a lot of that money to him directly. It's a lot of money, but because of the international investigation I have to save something," he said.
Knežević clarified that there are 2.000 hours of video surveillance recordings that are being processed abroad and that "it was leaked by a technician who was taking hard drives from Montenegro for processing."
"We can expect some recordings related to the Central Bank and its Vice-Governor Borko Milošević and his associates and to the corruption in the CBCG and to the pressure I had from them. The whole problem arose around the theft of e-commerce. We signed up for the project e -comerce and we developed it. I think the culmination was when we got the license from Chuina unionpay because as you know in Montenegro everything is stolen and all the projects that I started the Đukanović family copied and did the same. Projects of the university, fund, television Knezevic said.
He said that he must be careful with the presentation of information about the Telekom affair, because there are processes about it in the USA and Hungary. He said that there were invitations to come to Montenegro to agree on everything, but "he understood that they wanted to arrest him and show that they are fighting against crime". Knežević claims that mutual friends called him and claimed that he was destroying the state they created together and that "foreign powers will take advantage of the situation."
When asked who are the clans in the DPS mentioned by Knežević, he said that it is Aco Đukanović, and the courts are their biggest punch. He also mentioned the name of the President of the High Court Boris Savić, SDT Milivoj Katnić, President of the Commercial Court Blaž Jovanić and "his bankruptcy mafia".
Knežević stated that he is a citizen of Great Britain and that he enjoys full security in London. He also pointed out that he has a large team of international ex-experts who deal with financial investigations and investigate the affairs of the "First Family", stressing that this team will quickly obtain large data at all levels. He also said that he will not come to Montenegro "while this clique is in power".
"I know a lot. I have been in finance for the last 30 years and in the big project of making an independent Montenegro, where I actively participated. It is very difficult for me that I have come to this situation today, but I am forced and driven against the wall because of a criminal group that is trying to seize all my property and declare me a thief. And yesterday's smugglers, who have now put on suits, want to be gentlemen and declare guilty those who have nothing to do with the criminal acts they impose on others. Political and all other opponents who stand against them on that economic along the way they arrest and torture like dictatorial regimes," he said.
