If the government is functioning, as it is now and in the past period, there will be no special elections. This was announced today by the leader of the Budva SDP, Mihailo Đurović, stating that if the new parliamentary majority, referring to the two independent councilors who joined the coalition with the DPS, is used to make some decisions that are against the views of the social democrats, thereby obstructing the work of that party as a minor coalition partner, it will seek early elections.
Stating that the position expressed by the Vice President of the Municipality Ljubomir Filipović (SDP) is his personal, Đurović agreed that the priorities given by the Liberal Party, as a condition for further coalition cooperation with the DPS, are also acceptable for that party.
"The fact that the councilors of another political group supported the ruling coalition can in itself indicate some political corruption. However, through the actions of the executive authorities in Budva, we did not feel any changes on the part of the coalition partner DPS. So, in all companies, secretariats and services in which the leaders are from the Social Democratic Party, they perform their work at full capacity," said Đurović.
Emphasizing that the list of priorities given by the LP is close to him, Đurović emphasized that the SDP will persevere and insist on the implementation of key projects, and that the assessment of participation in government will be formed based on the fulfillment of such conditions.
"You will agree that if we do not finish the garage in front of the existing TQ center and after a number of years we do not build the Lungo Mare track on Sveti Stefan, the evaluation of this executive authority will be bad. We will agree that if we do not put the garage in Rafailovići into operation that the evaluation of us will be that we are incapable," he said.
According to his words, we are already testing the issue of early elections at the last parliamentary session, when the SDP gave its support to the current committee convocation.

Mayor Rađenović assesses that the relations between DPS and SDP are an example for the whole of Montenegro, but he also announces personnel changes in order to make the municipal administration more efficient.
"Relations with the SDP are based on correct principles and are an example of good relations at the level of Montenegro because they were not burdened by any major political issues, but specifically focused on the development of the city. The future work of me as president will be focused on the good cooperation that we have had on that basic coalition cooperation with the SDP, later with the LP. The expansion of cooperation may not have ended with this list, but surely not even a cent will affect the development of the city, the good relations established so far with the coalition partners. All vital topics that matter for the city, I don't want to run for parliament if they are not discussed in detail with all coalition partners first," said Radjenović.
He also announced a more efficient commitment to reorganize the Municipality of Budva in terms of personnel in order to more efficiently devote themselves to all planned projects.
"That's why everyone is welcome in my team. In the Municipality of Budva, we all need to clarify the need for commitment to the public interest, to project ideas, and to try as much as possible to suppress some superficial political benefits that would be obtained from some statements," said Radjenović.
