Lekić: They managed to destroy the most promising city

The leader of the DF, Miodrag Lekić, said tonight from the final convention of the DF Bar that all political subjects who want changes in this city have the hand of DF cooperation.

"We will be equal allies, regardless of the percentage of votes won. Whoever is wiser, we will leave him alone to solve his sophisms, to sort out his thoughts and see if he is in the government or in the opposition," said Lekić.

Commenting on the Bar elections, he said that the current Bar government "managed to stop" the economy of the most promising city in the country, and that the collapse of the local economy "is not abstract, it is related to DPS and SDP, which have ruled the city for 25 years".

"It was a systematic destruction of the city. One of our seniors from Baran told me that something like this could not have been done by ordinary people, but that this kind of collapse was the work of a grandmaster. The politron dimension of the Bar government is a special problem, there is nothing that the authorities from Podgorica do not want without those in Bar not fulfilling it, so that someone in Podgorica would profit at the expense of the citizens of Bar," added Lekić.

He said that the story of the DF in the campaign for the local elections does not differ in the slightest from what they have been saying all year.

"The government has the problem of constantly having to come up with new ideas. First, they announced a competition for Serbs, which the Serbs from DF immediately rejected because they do not want to cooperate with corruption and crime. The government then started talking about how the country is failing. They are not defending the country, but themselves and their privileges, they defend themselves against the rule of law," Lekić pointed out.

The holder of the DF Bar list, Dr. Srđan Kalinić, said that in this city "it is not ripe, but too ripe" for changes, adding that during the rule of DPS and SDP, 7.000 workers in the city lost their jobs.

"It's time for new pages in the history of the Bar. This incompetent government destroyed economic giants, and individuals in those destroyed companies put millions in their pockets. Instead of multi-million investments, we now have multi-million debts. I appeal to the 16.000 abstainers in the Bar to go to the polls and DF and changes are voting," Kalinić said.
