The President of the Parliament of Montenegro and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Ranko Krivokapić, said during the prime minister's hour that next Sunday he will try to strengthen the dialogue between official Moscow and Kiev, due to the crisis in Ukraine.
On that occasion, Krivokapić pointed out that Montenegrins understand the situation in Ukraine better than other peoples, stating that due to the Yugoslav experience, Montenegro has an obligation to help that country.
"We know how difficult it was to achieve a dialogue between other Slovenian brothers, Croats and Serbs, Bosniaks and Serbs, but with the experience we have, we all need to help solve the crisis, not only the Prime Minister, the head of diplomacy and myself," said Krivokapić.
