The Budva Democratic Committee adopted the Decision on expanding the ruling coalition

At last night's session, the Municipal Committee (OO) of the Democratic Montenegro of Budva adopted the Decision on expanding the existing ruling coalition with the Montenegrin councilors.

"In order to resolve the complex political situation in Budva, and with the intention of preventing the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) from introducing its compulsory administration in this municipality through its Government, the OO of Democratic Montenegro Budva adopted at tonight's session the Decision on expanding the existing ruling coalition with councilors Montenegrin", stated in the announcement of OO Demokrat.

In this way, as they said, the Democrats and their coalition partners at the local level "prevented the attempt of the DPS to take over the power in the Budva municipality with the corrupt methods they are prone to, which they have repeatedly proven in several Montenegrin municipalities."

OO Democrats forwarded the Decision for further proceedings, i.e. to the Main Committee of the Democrats, which, according to the party's Statute, is competent to make such a final decision.
