The State Election Commission rejected all objections of the Democratic Front to the regularity of voting in the presidential elections, reports TV Vijesti.
The SEC considered objections to the decision of the Election Commission of the Capital City of Podgorica, the Election Commission of the Capital City of Cetinje, and the municipal election commissions of Nikšić, Ulcinj, Bijelo Polje, Budva, Kolašin, Kotor, Mojkovac, Bar, Rožaj, Plav and Beran.
"A total of 17 objections were lodged against 28 decisions of the Election Commission of the capital Podgorica, 2 decisions of the Kolašin MEC, 3 decisions of the Kotor MEC, one decision each of the Election Commission of the Capital City of Cetinje and the municipal election commissions of Nikšić, Ulcinj, Bijelo Polje, Budva, Mojkovac, Bar , Rožaje, Plav and Berane. The state election commission rejected 16 objections, and dismissed one as impermissible," the SEC announced.
The Commission rejected the objection to the decision of the Election Commission of the Capital City on annulment of the election results at polling stations 117, 117 A and 126 in Podgorica, so the elections will be repeated at these polling stations.
Eight SEC members voted for such decisions, while SEC members from the opposition were against.
TV Vijesti was told by Lekić's headquarters that according to the decision of the SEC, it will be determined during the day.
Secretary of the SEC Milisav Ćorić from the SNP told "Vijesti" around 14:XNUMX p.m. that the decision has not yet been made and that they are still in session.
