The President of the State Election Commission (SEC) Ivan Kalezić told "Vijesti" that the session where the objections will be considered will be held today in the morning hours, and that the decision on the requests of Lekić's staff will be made within the legal deadline, which expires today around 14 p.m. .
In the presidential elections on April 7, 11.706 voters voted by mail, at 1.122 polling stations out of a total of 1.169.
The rules on voting by letter, adopted by the SEC on the basis of the Law on the Election of Councilors and Members of Parliament, define the obligation to make decisions on requests for voting by letter.

Upon receiving the request for voting by letter, the electoral committee checks the identity of the person, i.e. the person making the request, determines whether the person who wants to vote by letter is entered in the extract from the voter list and evaluates the reasons from the request for voting by letter and the decision on voting by letter adopted by the electoral committee.
Lekić's staff claims that there is no such decision in the voting materials, nor in the minutes of the voting committees.
