The election headquarters of Miodrag Lekić submitted a large number of objections to the municipal election commissions (MEC) on the work of the polling boards related to significant violations of the right to vote, violations of the election procedure, determination of voting results, inaccurate data on the number of voters and the number of ballots used, and voting by letters.
The head of Lekić's staff, Goran Danilović, said that in communication with the municipal staffs, they decided not to ask for a repeat of the election at polling stations where there are drastic violations of voting rights, but to request that those stations be exempted from the overall voting procedure.
"In the course of ten years of dealing with politics, I did not believe that we would come across such a drastic example of arrogant attitude"
Danilović said that in three days they managed to control more than 150 out of a total of 1.169 polling stations and that according to the law they have the right to continue examining the election materials until tomorrow.
Speaking about specific irregularities, Danilović cited the example of a polling station in Savina Bor (Berane), where 155 voters voted, and 170 ballots were found in the box. In the same place, six slips with a control coupon were inserted into the box, while six requests for voting by letter were unsigned.
He also cited the example of polling station number 44 - Radmanci (Berane), where 133 voters voted, and there were 138 ballots in the box.

"It often happens that both candidates are circled with different pencils, so it is easy to conclude that this is done afterwards to make the ballot invalid," claims Danilović.
Danilović also claims that at the polling station Buča (Berane) there is not a single request for voting by letter in the documentation from the polling station, and according to the minutes, 31 people voted that way, most of them were born between 1960 and 1980.
"If someone hasn't caught you stealing, that doesn't mean it's okay to steal," said Danilović
He said that at the polling station Buča (Berane) there is no request for voting by letter in the documentation, and according to the minutes, 31 people voted that way.
The head of Lekić's staff said that in some polling stations, such as in Bijelo Polje, their representatives were not immediately allowed to enter and investigate.
He noted that the situation on the ground is much worse than DF estimated on election night, stating that "they chased the rabbit, we chased the wolf":
"Every moment of inattention was used. During ten years of dealing with politics, I did not believe that we would come across such a drastic example of an arrogant attitude".
Tvrde did not sign all the records
Danilović claims that it is a lie that they signed all the minutes, citing the example of Cetinje where they had authorized representatives, but did not sign 21 out of 39 minutes.
"The law provided that precisely because there may be an omission at the polling station, we have the right to see how it was done with subsequent inspection. If someone did not catch you stealing, that does not mean that it is okay to steal," he said.
Seven opposition parties in Bijelo Polje have decided not to participate in the work of the local parliament until the final results of the presidential elections are determined.
The president of Lekić's headquarters in Kotor, Vladimir Potpara, said that the complaints mainly refer to requests for voting by letter, which, he said, are not valid in 90 percent of cases due to the lack of an ID card number.
"We sent a complaint to polling station number 16 - Muo, where we found that 21 requests for voting by letter did not contain an identity card number or a birth certificate number. It is obvious that 21 requests were signed by one person, as can be seen from the handwriting," he said. is Potpara.

The tax official from Bijelo Polje, Salko Čoković, denied the statement of the DF representative in Bijelo Polje, Momcilo Delic, that he was seen in an official car 20 meters from the polling station.
"It is untrue that I was in any official vehicle, not even a vehicle of the Municipality. I just came to vote and perform my civic duty," Čoković said.
DF submitted 29 complaints in Berane for the most drastic cases of violation of election rules.
The representative of the commission, Vladan Folić, stated that there are cases where very young people voted by letter, and they were subsequently checked to be healthy.
Voting by letter is also a problem in the Bar
Lekić's headquarters in Herceg Novi submitted a complaint to the MEC due to suspected irregularities at seven polling stations, and the most interesting complaint is for polling station Topla 4, where Aleksandar Obradović, who is in America, is circled in the excerpt from the voter list.
In the complaints of the Nikšić DF, it is pointed out that the presidents of the polling committees received incomplete and irregular requests for voting by letter
"They did not ask for the annulment of the voting at that polling station, but only for the correction of the voting results, which the MEC will do tomorrow at the session where we will pass a decision on the correction of the voting results for that one invalid vote," said MEC president Jovanka Laličić.
The president of the MEC in Plav, Ervin Kandic, said that the remarks from Lekić's headquarters refer to the polling stations of Dolja, Gusinje I, II and III, while in Plav, the objections refer to the polling stations of Komorača and Meteh. It was objected that the votes by letter were not signed by hand.
In the complaints of the Nikšić DF, it is pointed out that the presidents of the polling committees received incomplete and irregular requests for voting by letter.
Thus, at the polling station in Kuta, it was established that 27 voters voted by letter, while 22 were recorded in the voter's book, and 23 in the electoral material. face.
Most of the remarks of Lekić's headquarters in Bar refer to voting by letter, because the election materials lack requirements for such voting.
The Municipal Council of Danilovgrad said that they had raised objections due to the way in which requests for voting were submitted by letter.
The election headquarters in Mojkovac submitted objections related to voting by letter at four polling stations, and these are 42 requests for voting that, they claim, were submitted by one person.
According to the president of the Kolašin DF election headquarters, Saša Dožić, the biggest irregularities were observed at the Kolašin 3 polling station, where it was determined that three invalid ballots were counted as votes for Vujanović. Vujanović rounded up, although they did not go to the voters
Lekić's election headquarters filed complaints for irregularities at 34 polling stations in Podgorica, on the basis of which they requested that the voting results from those polling stations be excluded from the total of votes.
DF MP Branka Bošnjak said that most of the objections are related to voting by letter.
As an example of the manipulation of voting by letter, she cited the event in Durrës.
Bošnjak also stated that there are examples where one and the same person is signed as an authorized person to vote by letter for 15 people
"In the meantime, voters called the election committee to ask why the committee for voting by letter did not come to them, even though they submitted a request," Bošnjak said.
It turned out that Vujanović was circled on all those ballots.
"In the end, this did not result in the votes going in favor of Vujanović because the electoral committee declared these ballots invalid. It was not possible to know which of the citizens actually voted, so the president of the commission did not know who to circle in the voter's book," she said. Bosniak.
Bošnjak also stated that there are examples where one and the same person is signed as an authorized person to vote by letter for 15 people. She also pointed out that the DF team was able to review only part of the election material, due to the limitation of the legal deadline of 72 hours.
Kotor DPS also complained about voting by letter
Secretary of Kotor DPS Željko Avramović submitted the complaints of that party to the MEC.
"At 11 polling stations, it was determined that the presidents of the polling stations received incomplete requests for voting by letter. The presidents of these polling stations are from the ranks of the DF. At the Škaljari polling station, an invalid ballot was found that was attributed to Lekić. At the 14 Škaljari polling station, it was established that the ballot on which Vujanović was circled was found in the envelope for Lekić," said Abramović.
