Novaković: Our legalization proposal is a condition for entering the government

At the pre-election panel of the electoral list "Radomir Novaković Cakan-Biram bar" held in the Local Community of Polje, the holder of the list Novaković said that it is not easy to take responsibility "for the large number of votes of the people who will complete the Biram Bar list on May 27".

"Out of respect for the citizens of Bar and their trust in our list, we decided to run, unlike others, an exclusively positive campaign. We knew that the citizens of Bar see in us a solution to some of their problems, one of which is legalization. With experts we made our price proposal for legalization and all the other lists attack it today, but none of them give their proposals - because they don't have any. We here in Polje promise - there is no government that we will enter if the first point of the agreement is not our proposal for legalization, including the prices we stated. What we have written are fair prices that citizens can pay. Everything else will lead either to the failure of legalization or to the dissatisfaction of citizens," Novaković said.

He added that it is very important that the money collected from legalization is spent mostly in that MZ, and not for the salaries of employees in the municipality or public companies. Novaković stated that Polje municipal council has the same problems as other parts of Bar - poor infrastructure, lack of sewage, garbage, water supply, and also the problem of the Rikavac river.

"We saw in the campaign of the 3D coalition even some cartoons that imagine that this problem can be solved. We can also promise to make Niagara Falls, but as responsible people we will not do it because we know that it is not possible. Realistically is that the problems of Polje can be solved in four years, but let's see what we can do right away - and then in the first year. You have had councilors, deputies, and even presidents of the municipality from Polje so far. Have you ever asked yourself what have they done for you and for Polje? Unlike them, we are used to living from our work. All the people from the Biram Bar list, even if they do not enter the Assembly in these elections, have something to do, because they have a job Remember that citizens are the ones who give power to politicians with their votes in elections. That's why we will ask citizens how to spend money, what is their priority when spending money from the budget. In order to achieve this, we have to change the way we think. in the municipality - because the municipality and all its employees exist because of the citizens, not the other way around," said Novaković.

Ivona Perak, a candidate for councilor of this list, said that Bar is a city where she wants to stay, even though she is not doing the job she trained for. She pointed out that politicians should remember the citizens of Bar a month before the elections, "and they must understand that they have to be there for their neighbors all year round, as Cakan did".

The candidate for councilor Srđan Mijović said that Bar is a happy city "because it has Radomir Novaković Cakan, and I want to help him as much as I can - for the sake of a better life in Bar".
