The President of the Municipal Board of Democrats Budva Krsto Radović reacted to the claims of the President of Budva DF Marko Bata Carević that municipal administration should do more and talk less.

"As my home upbringing and respect for the glory of Saint Basil, which is also the glory of the Democratic Front, to which I was invited, but not respected as befits every guest including me, I feel a sincere need to react today to the extremely inappropriate statements of Marko Tsarević, on the day of his party's glory Unfortunately for everyone, Mr. Tsarević showed how much he respects the glory of his party and the invited guests, openly expressing his dissatisfaction with the work of the municipal administration and Mr. Dragan Krapović.
If Marko Carević is dissatisfied with the work of the municipal administration and the work of Dragan Krapovic, who is still supported by his six councilors, he knows what to do. It's dishonorable when you don't have the guts to say to the face of everything you're dissatisfied with at coalition meetings, and you do it so casually and casually when there's neither time nor place for it. But let it be on his face.
How much Mr. Dragan Krapović and the municipal administration work, the citizens of Budva will say. Not Marko Tsarević, nor anyone else. And those who are in daily contact with him know how much he works, and among them are some of the more prominent members of the Democratic Front, of course, only if they want to admit it.
Mr. Carevic does not know and does not want to know how much work and effort the representatives of the Municipality of Budva invest every day in order to solve the complex problem with WTE. Mr. Carevic has no idea how much energy the authorities in the Municipality spend on revising and terminating all contracts that have disastrous consequences for the citizens, and whose creator was Carevic's great friend and business partner Svetozar Marović.
A certain number of harmful contracts for Budva and its fellow citizens came to be paid. A certain number of such same contracts will be revised. Does it actually particularly bother Mr. Carevic, because his friends and advisers are also behind those contracts?
Mr. Tsarević does not want to see how much the executive power is fighting to preserve what is left of Budva, that's why he deals exclusively with his own interests.
For the year and a half that this administration has been at the head of Budva, the only thing I specifically heard from Mr. Carević was the request to compensate him for 2,5 million euros owed to him by Svetozar Marović from one of his joint businesses, and whose judicial epilogue is still expected. Every other story of Mr. Tsarevic is pure demagoguery and political populism, of course, except when it comes to his personal interests, where he is very concrete and convincing.
President Krapović entered political life honorably and honestly, just like the Democrats, and that's how he will get out of everything, even if this government lasts until tomorrow. With or without the Democratic Front.
Mr. Carević and his friends, who these days are trying to create as much damage as possible to the Municipality of Budva, instead of being honest and openly lending a helping hand to get Budva out of the chaos that the DPS has dragged us into, will be sure of that."
