We will ensure greater budget allocations for sports and youth, and their fairer and more transparent distribution to sports teams and individuals, through the Secretariat for Sports and Youth, which we will form in the coming period, precisely with the aim of further improving sports in our city, Goran Simić announced today. candidate for councilor on the list "Social Democrats - Mićo Orlandić - Consistently for new jobs and the development of the Bar".

"Our Bar has always been a breeding ground for top athletes. Regardless of what sport it is, the Bar was and remains a real treasure trove of talented athletes, who stand out in their clubs and national teams in the country and abroad with excellent individual and team results. Therefore, the task of the Social Democrats and myself is to raise sports in Bar to an even higher level, primarily so that all Bar children, from the very beginning of playing sports, have adequate conditions for development and advancement, which can be a good foundation for them on their way of growing up in European and world aces", pointed out Simić.

He added that the Social Democrats, by investing in sports infrastructure, reconstructing existing and building new sports facilities, primarily open and closed swimming pools, will create conditions for better development of sports and healthy lifestyles in our city.

"As someone who was twice an athlete from the city of Bar, once the best handball player in Montenegro, winner of the EHF Champions League with Vardar from Skopje, who has dedicated his whole life to sports and who is not used to losing in sports, in the Social Democrats I have found the right team for me.
