Slavko Perović: I was betrayed by the people, not Milo Đukanović

He said, among other things, that Đukanović and the vice-president of the DPS, Svetozar Marović, are war criminals, who must answer for that at some point.

Perović repeated that behind Đukanović was the West, which, according to him, supported other mafia regimes in the region.

"Nothing stood in his way, his permanent looting and election thefts were heavily supported by the West; one of their high-ranking 'politicians' and 'intelligence agents' took a part of the huge looted money and put it in his own pocket, that was the basis for Djukanović not only being allowed to rob, but also helping him, that is a kind of racketeering. The situation is exactly the same in other countries created after the collapse of the former Yugoslavia: the mafia is in power in all of them".

He assessed that Đukanović can only be overthrown by a general Egyptian-style uprising, but that, despite such wishes, he will be re-elected "as president of the mafia DPSDP".

"Which will enable him to become the formal president of Montenegro again, because that position gives him back his diplomatic immunity... The biggest benefit to him is the 'opposition' sold long ago and their refusal to boycott the mafia at every step. That boycott would be the only basis for rebellion. This way, Djukanović has Clinton in Montenegro who will praise him, and so on, and so on," said Perović.

He said that he will not join this shameful and false "opposition", because he knows how "those mafia players" breathe.

"If they weren't, things would have been different in Montenegro a long time ago, I know them, I worked with them, it was a futile job that always ends with handing over to the mafia with false explanations," said Perović.

I only come back in case of genuine and strong rebellion

He said that he would return only in case of a sincere and strong rebellion. "Without rebellion - nothing, Đukanović rules for an entire millennium.
