The bombing of the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) is one of the darkest stains on the face of the NATO alliance, according to the Socialist People's Party (SNP).

"On this day, two decades ago, the planes of the NATO pact bombed a sovereign country in the heart of Europe, our homeland SR Yugoslavia. There are historical events that remain deeply etched in the memory of a nation, and this one from 20 years ago, we will remember badly." they said from the SNP.
As they said, it was 78 days of bombing, with the great suffering of the people, the destruction of roads, bridges, hospitals, airports, TV centers and relays.
"It was a time of numerous casualties of civilians and members of the Yugoslav Army. The small Montenegrin town of Murino was also targeted, where innocent children were killed," according to the SNP.
