In his recognizable manner, Nebojša Medojević has been harming the Montenegrin opposition for decades, filling the columns of pro-government newspapers with his infamous trips to please only his political counterpart - the top of the Democratic Party of Socialists, without whom Đukanović would have been forgotten a long time ago, said Blažo Radjenović, a member of the URE Main Board. complaining about Nebojša Medojević's inscriptions about how URA and Abazović harmed the opposition.
Three days ago, Medojević wrote on Facebook that the president of Democratic Montenegro, Aleksa Bečić, and the leader of the URA Civic Movement, Dritan Abazović, deceived the European Union and caused great damage to the opposition.
"At the same time, with his comical, but especially tragic statements, he digs a hole for his political alliance, which, as expected, enjoys less and less trust from the citizens. And why not. Because, what good has the political platform and rhetoric of Nebojsa Medojević brought to any citizen of Montenegro. Nothing, except for disappointed expectations, empty words and the conviction that as long as he and others like him, Đukanović can continue the conquest of Montenegro unhindered. Fortunately, many people saw through Medojević a long time ago, so the power of his words can only resonate in the columns of the pro-government media and capture the attention of their audience, and his rating in the Montenegrin electorate can be measured by a statistical error," says Rađenović.
He says that it is almost unnecessary to say that Medojević's trips, including this last one, are untruths, because if by some chance people did not know his name, they would have to suspect him when he introduced himself in a certain situation.
"Nevertheless, we will remind you that Medojević and others like him have been professional Đukanović's favorite opposition for 30 years, that they always trampled ten of them on their word, that they are the perfect decoration of Đukanović's autocracy, that they thwarted every effort of the opposition to reach the goal - regime change in Montenegro. Thus, even after the last elections, they declared themselves victims, put a signature that they would not enter, in their words, the "Sinđa Assembly", and then denied everything, entered the Assembly, broke the opposition unity and became what they had specialized in for thirty years and what they work best - the decor of Đukanović's "democracy" and his favorite opposition", Radjenović points out.
He says that, unlike Medojević, the URA has never betrayed its voters, nor violated its word, and most importantly, it has never traded with the national determinants and strategic directions of its policy.
"Unfortunately for Medojević, because of this, we as a party will find ourselves on the edge of our minds many more times during his trips, because his goal is the same as Đukanović's - to maintain the status quo as long as possible. And the time for such a situation is running out, as evidenced by the decreasing support for Medojević and his comrades, which undoubtedly means changes for Montenegro", concludes Blažo Rađenović.
