Demos about the cancellation of Georgiev's performance: New bans on private latifundia

"The new ban on personalities from Serbia, this time participating in Vlad Georgiev's concert in Nikšić, shows that the delirium of the perception of Montenegro as the private latifundia of Milo Đukanović and the ruling oligarchy is still ongoing," Demos assesses.

They add that in parallel on the same route between Montenegro and Serbia there is an "unimpeded flow of criminals, their goods and services".

"The wretched level of these operations, which come from the very top of the government, is carried out by unscrupulous contractors who are not ashamed to publicly complain about the lack of arguments, much less legal explanations for these serious social incidents, now already of fascist dimensions. It should not be excluded that on the occasion of this scandal and for the axis of Đukanović's government and for the deliberate, cynical operations of raising political tensions and inciting sharp and even extreme reactions in the country, thereby causing an atmosphere of instability - all with one goal: to further divert attention from real, accumulated problems to the country, in the first place duration of crime and corruption, the suppression of which is persistently demanded by the European Union", concludes Demos.
