We believe that Montenegro's goal is not to return the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) to power, as the current president of the country announced immediately after the 2016 elections, Blažo Radjenović, vice-president of the Budva board of the Civic Movement URA, announced today.
"However, if it is legitimate for them or anyone else, and it is clear that it can be played out according to the already established mechanism of changing the political will of the citizens, it would be correct for them to announce it publicly," pointed out Radjenović.
He said that the URI in Budva hopes that he has read Čučka with concentration their announcement, which, as Rađenović points out, only represents an invitation to a meeting and an agreement within the ruling coalition regarding all issues concerning the needs of citizens and the functioning of the city, in order not to repeat the Kotor scenario.
"It was sent not only by respected professor Božena Jelušić, but also by the Municipal Board of GP URA Budva. Perhaps, while reading the announcement, Mr. Čučka's concentration was disturbed by one of the coalition partners, but in any case we are ready to discuss everything at the meeting coalition. That's why we invite you, as well as the other coalition partners, to resolve all the problems affecting the city and citizens by agreement and to behave responsibly and maturely according to the mandates entrusted to us," said Radjenović.
He also states that "as far as the representatives of the GP URA in Budva are concerned, they will do everything to ensure that the Kotor scenario is not repeated, to affirm in full capacity what has been achieved in Budva so far, and to prevent damages that could occur in the future". .
"And finally, we invite you, as before, not to conduct the controversy on the pages of the media, but to sit down as soon as possible and start solving the problems that have arisen," concluded Rađenović.
