Does the government support the prosecutor's dictatorship?

One of the leaders of the Democratic Front, Andrija Mandić, is asking Prime Minister Duško Marković to answer whether, as he believes, the prosecution wants to divert the public's attention from the affairs of which they are participants by illegally dealing with opposition MPs, and whether they are doing so on political orders.

"Does the unconstitutional, illegal and politically motivated action of the Special State Prosecutor's Office and the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office against the DF, and especially the latest incitement against MP Nebojša Medojević, represent just one more move in a series of rampant prosecutorial dictatorship that the Government strongly supports, or is it something else? to the other", reads Mandić's parliamentary question.

The answer to it and the others is expected tomorrow at the prime minister's hour in the Parliament.

Mandić will also ask whether the SDT and the VDT "by this illegal reckoning with the opposition MPs" want to divert the public's attention from affairs in which they are direct participants: "And which clearly and unequivocally point to crime and corruption in the Prosecutor's Office itself, and in what way these inactions of theirs can be prosecuted in general, and they can call for the determination of their criminal and legal responsibility".

Socialist People's Party (SNP) MP Danijela Pavićević, on behalf of the SNP-Demos group of deputies, will ask the Prime Minister whether he will take any action due to the fact that, during his mandate, the perpetrators and those who ordered the murder of Duško Jovanović were not found and prosecuted, and whether he will request a professional the responsibility of those who, through a passive attitude, led to the non-solving of the crime. Pavićević will ask for an answer as to whether Justice Minister Zoran Pažin justified the Prime Minister's trust with his work and commitment when forming the Government, noting that Pažin stated "that in the case of the investigation into the murder of Duško Jovanović, omissions were made and that these omissions caused the crime not to be solved".

"Did the Minister of Justice show enough sensitivity and professional credibility by not expressing interest in demanding professional responsibility from the competent prosecutor's office due to the obvious passivity in solving this crime? Is inaction and inaction a criminal offense?" Pavićević wonders.

SDP MP Raško Konjević will ask Marković why the Government rejected the SDP's proposal to reduce the burden on wages, stating that the proposal reflects developments in the region that give good results for the economy and the budget in the medium term.

DPS MP Danijel Živković will ask the Prime Minister when the first results of the announced policies, i.e., the ongoing projects concerning environmental protection and energy in Pljevlja, can be expected.

Adrijan Vuksanović (HGI) will ask the Prime Minister how he evaluates the past tourist season and how much the revenues from tourism will contribute to the improvement of economic parameters, on behalf of the group of deputies of BS, the coalition "Albanians resolutely" and HGI.
