After completing their studies, almost 140 people decided to do professional practice in one of the political parties in Montenegro.
For the nine-month internship in political parties, an expectedly large number of holders of degrees from the Faculty of Economics, Economics, and Political Science applied... However, there are also a few surprises, including one "political transfer".
The list of the Vocational Training Program states that the Bosniak Party received more than 15 interns this year, including one who completed psychology.
Rafeto Husović's party did not respond to "Vijesta" when asked how they train an intern who applied with a psychology degree.
The Socialist People's Party (SNP), for example, received four interns, among them the party's spokesman Miloš Rajković.
Rajković completed his studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro.
However, among the trainees is one who applied with a degree in music pedagogy.
Vladimir Joković's party did not answer how they provide training in music pedagogy.
When asked by "Vijesti" whether during the creation of the Vocational Training Program care was taken to ensure that the political party could provide the trainee with training that matches his education, the Ministry of Education said that everything depends on the employer, that is, the party.
"At the beginning, we point out that the users of the program, as well as the employers themselves, express their preferences, and matches are made based on them. More precisely, the Program is designed so that employers express the need for certain qualifications, while project users also choose the employer themselves by including them in their preferences. The employer, of course, is obliged to provide the user with adequate conditions for professional training", said Milica Lekić, spokeswoman for the Ministry of Education, to "Vijesta".
Lekić noted that the Working Team for monitoring the Program, appointed by the Government of Montenegro, has the obligation to, in cooperation with the competent inspection, regularly control the working conditions of the users and the practical training of the users.
This year's professional training program was also marked by a "political transfer", so Miloš Kopitović, the holder of the electoral list of the Democrats in Ulcinj, is doing his internship at Demos.
The Democrats did not seek recruits within this year's Professional Training Program.
Of the almost 140 members of political parties that "Vijesti" counted, almost 40 are being trained in the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists.
Three journalists also applied for professional training at DPS.
Apart from DPS, BS, SNP, and Demos, among the other parliamentary parties that received interns are the Social Democratic Party, the Social Democrats, the Citizens' Movement URA and members of the coalition Democratic Front and Albanians Resolutely.
Several parties at the local level applied for the Professional Training Program, and the trainees are Pozitivna Crna Gora, Crnogorska and Party za Gusinje.
The professional training program for persons with higher education was organized for the sixth time, and 3.055 graduated students provided a nine-month internship.
