Representatives of the Democratic Front (DF) submitted today to the Committee for International Relations and Emigrants an initiative for a control hearing of the head of diplomacy, Srđan Darmanović, due to the decision of three ambassadors to pay a fine to the suspended official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mirna Nikčević.

Ambassadors Miodrag Vlahović, Nebojša Kaluđerović and Željko Perović decided to pay a fine of 600 euros imposed on Nikčević by the Podgorica Misdemeanor Court for hate speech.

DF MPs Branka Bošnjak and Jovan Vučurović submitted the initiative to the president of the Committee for International Relations and Emigrants, Andrija Nikolić.

They are asking for the hearing of Darmanović because of, as they said, scandalous behavior and announcements by Vlahović, Kaluđerović and Perović, and their open support for inciting national, religious and racial intolerance from a counselor at the Montenegrin embassy in Turkey.

Vučurović stated that anti-Serbism and anti-Orthodoxy became symbols of the current regime a long time ago.

"Vomiting and the call for lynching announced by the adviser, and supported by the ambassadors with their money and announcement, only speaks of the continuation of that extremist policy," he said.

Vučurović assessed that in any other country such fanatics would have been removed, "but here there is no rule of law, and such hatred has taken root and become part of the official policy of the Democratic Party of Socialists and Satellites".

Bošnjak and Vučurović are also requesting a hearing regarding the negative opinion of the State Audit Institution on the financial operations of some representative offices of Montenegro abroad.
