The President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović, sent a telegram of condolence to the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, on the occasion of the tragedy in Mali, in which 13 French soldiers were killed in an anti-terrorist operation.
"In these difficult moments for your country, I ask you to convey the most sincere condolences to the families of the fallen soldiers. Montenegro strongly welcomes the engagement of friendly France in the fight against terrorism, especially the continued efforts of your forces to stabilize the situation in the Sahel region," the condolence telegram reads.
