The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Srđan Darmanović, today received the Serbian Ambassador to Montenegro, Zoran Bingulac, on a farewell visit.
As announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the head of Montenegrin diplomacy thanked the ambassador of Serbia for the long-term cooperation, welcoming the intensity and substance of the bilateral relations between Montenegro and Serbia. Along these lines, it is added, Darmanović particularly emphasized the dynamics of economic cooperation, bearing in mind that Serbia is our largest foreign trade partner.
As stated, Ambassador Bingulac expressed his satisfaction with his diplomatic mission in Montenegro, with special thanks for the professional relationship and overall cooperation with Montenegrin colleagues. He pointed out that during his mandate in Podgorica he was dedicated to the affirmation of political contacts between the two countries, and in that context, emphasized the importance of frequent meetings at all levels.
The interlocutors exchanged opinions on the importance of continuing political dialogue and intensifying cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
