The President of Montenegro, Milo Djukanović, together with the Prime Ministers of Albania and North Macedonia, Edija Ram and Zoran Zaev, and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, visited Durrës today, which suffered the most in the recent earthquake that hit Albania.
Đukanović is in Albania today at the invitation of Prime Minister Rama at the Regional Meeting - Western Balkans.
The meeting was organized within the trilateral initiative of Serbia, Albania and North Macedonia, initiated by President Vučić and Prime Ministers Rama and Zaev.
"The participation of President Đukanović is a confirmation of Montenegro's proven commitment to regional cooperation and stability, the improvement of good neighborly relations, as well as responsibility towards the obligations from the negotiation process with the EU. Also, the meeting in Tirana is an opportunity for an open dialogue on developments in the region, common development priorities and to the European perspective of the Western Balkans", it was announced from Đukanović's cabinet.
